Rockford, Illinois, July 3, 2012. Enviro-Care and SAVI S.r.l. introduced the Flo-Septage Station DM at IFAT in Munich Germany. This is the first piece of equipment that has been designed specifically for septage receiving. The DM unit is not just a screen in a tank with a ball valve.
During IFAT, the size, unique appearance and innovative design, earned the DM unit a nickname, “The Beast”. Here are just a few of the features and benefits that made The Beast the talk of IFAT. The tank is designed to eliminate sedimentation. A dual drive system allows the screen basket and auger to run independently for better capture and faster removal of solids. The screen unit sits at a 25° angle of inclination that enables the screen to process more solids and shorten tanker unloading time.
The Beast was introduced to the North American market at WEFTEC in New Orleans in October 2012.
